Around 1000 to 1400 a day is very healthy! No! You're not fat! I am 5 feet 3 and 149 I am average. I lose 20 pounds, so that's what I have, I work out my butt! Good luck!

First: You are not fat. Secondly, I do not know how you look. Third, you go through puberty, so you must be on a multivitamin and eat healthy. The best thing to do, what if you can, is to eat at 5 or 6 small meals per day. It helps your metabolism work better. Combine foods with healthy foods from time to time that are not good for you, but be sure to eat foods colored and vary what you eat.

A teenager before do not have the calories you eat each day care, and you should be eating around 1750, because you are still growing and need the calories.

If you pre-teens who are or have all u can get the energy. Do not worry about the diet until 20 UR
